Emily Polanowski, Co-Editor-in-Chief

Senior Emily Polanowski is the C0-Editor In Chief for the Courier staff this year. She finds article writing and video to be her favorite mediums. Outside of school, she enjoys working with the Susquehannock theater as a costumer and actor as well as art in her free time. This year she is also an officer for ITS Troupe #4088. She is very excited for her fourth and final year with the Courier.

“Homecoming was lit, like we all had a fun time, besides the music choice, but overall it was pretty fun.” said junior, Caleb Simunjak. This homecoming overall went really well and many of the students had fun, so we can’t wait to see what is gonna come for next year.

All of the students gathered on the bleachers while the homecoming court was introduced and the homecoming queen entered. Senior Gillian Snader was named the 2018 Homecoming Queen.

As the fun night continues, more and more students started to get up and dance and talk with their friends. while the music played loud and proud. Some gathered in the lobby outside of the gym to take pictures at the photo booth or to just sit on the couches and talk.

“Homecoming overall was really fun.I was able to be with my closest friends, and we all were able to just act ourselves and dance dumb without a care in the world,” said freshmen Ashley Turner.  This was Turner’s first homecoming, and she really valued her time there with her escort junior Hunter Anthony.
