Josie Witsik

Josie Witsik is a freshman first-year reporter on the Courier staff. Witsik loves to write, plays volleyball, is a member of the Avedium club and works as a sue chef at Gunpowder Falls. She is so excited to meet new people and to write. Witsik cannot wait to see what the rest of the year in the class will have in store for her.

Culinary Arts Students Engage in Burger Battle

Juniors Kylee Grim and Rachael Krammer present their “Lucky Charm Chicken Parm” burger to the judges. Grim and Krammer describe their creation to the judges before they try them. "Our group spent two days on mise en place," Grim said. "We shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and created our garlic butter.
