Sam Timlin is a returning reporter for the Courier this year as a junior. He is also involved in the school’s GSA Alliance, Lit Mag, and Aevidum. He is excited to bring his writing and photography skills back to the Courier for another exciting year in journalism.

Staff, Aevidum Host Mental Health Awareness Panel

The students who posed for a picture and posted it on their social media, tagging the SHS Aevidum twitter account, received a lollipop and had their name put into a drawing for a Susky Station buck. They posed in pairs or small groups.

To continue the fight, Aevidum also hosted another event called the “Be the We in Wellness” on Oct. 11.

Susky Alliance Begins a New Year

After the party, members filed outside to work on tie-dying t-shirts, one last craft together.

Wednesday, May 9 was the very last Alliance meeting of the year.

Members piled into groups as they worked on their shirts, laughing at jokes and having one last good time together.

Along with receiving their new roles for next year, the new electies discussed what they wanted to accomplish next year for a head start.

Alliance members held a small party to celebrate the end of the year, graduation of senior members, and election results.

The meeting was filled with lots of heartfilled goodbyes, with promises to check in and keep in contact.

Old members are confident in the younger members, and while sad to say goodbye, are joyed that the club is being held in good hands.
