Pen to Paper: Seniors Make it Official on Spring Signing Day

Brooke Schabdach will be attending Messiah University and continue playing lacrosse. “I decided to pick Messiah University because of the positive team atmosphere I experienced when meeting the other girls on the team,” Shabdach said. “Playing at the collegiate level became more important to me as I progressed throughout high school because I greatly value the relationships I have made from lacrosse in high school and the level of competition I am able to compete at. What drew me to Messiah as a college was the way in which the Christian faith is interwoven into learning and into the school's culture. Messiah made me feel extremely comfortable and I immediately saw myself potentially going there as a student athlete because of the welcoming atmosphere and the school's dedication to academics."

In early March the high school hosted a spring signing day event. Six seniors officially signed their letter of intent for their next stage of life.
