On Dec. 17, the high school’s choir and orchestra hosted their first combined concert of the year. The voices of the choir and the strings from the Orchestra celebrated the holiday season with festive tunes to get the audience in the spirit.
The symphony orchestra plays a piece titled, “Snow Chase.” Orchestra director Andrew Jones had a bunch of favorite pieces. “Snow Chase was a lot of fun, because of it being lively and upbeat,” Jones said. “I also enjoy playing music my own children love to listen to and they really enjoyed the ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’ medley.”
