The high school is undergoing a lot of construction as part of the $65 Million addition and renovation project that began in early 2022.
Principal Kevin Molin is pleased with the early progress.
“So we are 5 months into the project and knock on wood,” Molin said. “It is moving on as scheduled right now.”
The old band room is being converted into the new boiler room. “They have laid a majority of the footers and putting blocks in the next phase is gonna make things slow,” Principal Dr. Kevin Molin said. “They have to put in all of the electrical and plumbing that will run through the building, the new section of the building. So things will kind of slow down with the piece, over the next month. And they'll be doing a lot of those laying the electrical lines and having all of those outlets come up through all those lines, the plumbing, all the lines that pop up through that need to be sunk into underneath the building.”
