• 7th Grade Immunization Deadline is Rapidly Approaching! 
  • • Tdap and/or meningococcal conjugate (MCV) vaccines may be needed for your student.  These vaccines are mandated by the state for all 7th grade students.  The school nurse has been in communication with you if we are in need of documentation showing your student has received these vaccines.

• • • Your student may not be eligible to return to school if the immunizations are not submitted by October 19, 2020.
• If you have an appointment with a provider to obtain the immunizations which is after October 19, 2020, please have the provider fax an appointment confirmation to 717-227-9681 as soon as possible in order for your student to remain eligible to stay in school.  The Department of Health may be able to assist if you are without insurance, and can be reached at 717-771-4505.  If you have a moral/religious objection, please contact Mrs. Kirby at [email protected] or ext 3515 for an exemption form.
