The crew and cast worked very hard to prepare for their production of “Cheaper by the Dozen” on the weekend of Nov. 17, 2024.
Junior Ava Miliauskas, who appeared as Ann Gilbreth, was very excited for her first big role. Her role in this play was a young woman who is trying to help out her mom around the house, which is also her biggest strength, while still trying to be a regular teenage girl.
Mary Pohlig, the new theater director, was very excited to bring everyone a wonderful time and experience watching this play. Pohlig has been directing for almost 30 years, and was excited to see how the play comes to life with an audience.
“When the Director of the program and show position became available, I decided to move into that role to keep working [with] this amazing program and wonderful students,” Pohlig said.
Pohlig created a wonderful cast for this play, bringing even more life to this story.
“I am always so proud of the work everyone around me puts into a production that no matter how tired I am after long tech week days, I am somehow ready to do the next one,” Pohlig said
The show took place Friday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m, Saturday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m, and Sunday, Nov. 17 at 2 p.m.
