Mini-THON will host a gold-out football game on Friday, September 21 in order to support childhood cancer awareness month

Mini-THON is an organization whose goal is to raise awareness and ultimately end childhood cancer.

Prior to the game, Mini-THON sold custom made gold-out shirts to students, staff and community members.

Students and others in attendance are encouraged to wear gold or yellow clothing to the game that night.

Mini-THON will have a table at the football game so people can learn more about the organization and buy a gold-out shirt if they wish.

The gold-out game is the first of multiple events Mini-THON has lined up before the actual thon, which will happen at Susquehannock High School on March 8.
