Ethan Schammel is a senior reporter who loves taking photos and videos for the SHS Courier and is also a member of the yearbook production staff.  He has a strong passion for sports and music. He plays football and volleyball for the school teams. Ethan plans on going to Shippensburg University next year to continue his education in business.

Leah Miller, Reporter

Junior Leah Miller is a reporter for the Courier this year. She is also involved with Field Hockey, Aevidum, Best Buds, and Class Council. She joined the Courier this year to improve her photography and writing skills.

Mia Kobylski, Editor-in-Chief

Senior Mia Kobylski has been on the Courier staff for three years. She plays on the varsity tennis team and participates in Best Buds, Student Council, and French Club. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her friends, reading, and working at Starbucks.

Justin Rosenberger, Reporter

Justin Rosenberger is a senior reporter  for the first time this year. Justin hopes to get more experience writing articles and perfecting them. Justin has also done commentary for the warrior football team. He is a part of the SHS choir and theater.

Ally Waltemyer, Commentary Editor

Senior Ally Waltemyer is the commentary editor for the Courier this year. This is her second year on the staff and she is excited to write, help with the daily newscast, and edit other people’s opinions. She is the president of Alliance and the secretary of Creative Writing Club. Outside of school, she enjoys listening to music, reading, and volunteering in her community.

Jacob Silliman, Broadcast Manager

Jacob Silliman is a junior interested in the video portion of journalism. He enjoys making video stories and interviews which inform the public about current events or people’s opinions. Jacob is on the SHS Wrestling team and is being inducted into the National Honors Society. He plans on increasing his knowledge in video and will be posting videos and articles for the Courier this year.
