The Class of 2019 is able to apply for pre-apprenticeship programs.

Two programs are being offered for next year’s senior class.

One of the programs offered in the construction field is hosted by Kinsley Construction.

Another option, the Manufacturing Technician program, will be held by the Manufacturer’s Association as well.

The programs each have a similar format with the only difference being the field of choice and the online modules that will accompany the learning process.

There will be a maximum of 14 students selected to participate in the construction program, while an unspecified amount will be picked for the manufacturing program.

All applications and reference letters are due by April 30 at http://ycal.us/preapprenticeship. Students will then obtain the opportunity to  interview with Deb Rohrbaugh from Kinsley and Tom Palisin from the Manufacturer’s Association.
