No worries, Instagram users. Yes, your Insta feed will be changed, but not for a while. For those who have been on Instagram within the week, you have probably noticed popular accounts requesting their followers to turn on their notifications. Instagram has announced that they will change the way users view their feed based on photos that would interest them the most, similar to Facebook. However, this update is still in the making, so it may take a few months before being put into action. Turning on specific notifications would send text messages to your phone every time an account posted, which may overwhelm people. The only problem Instagram is currently dealing with is the fact that users are unable to logout or switch accounts on their phones. According to The New York Times, Instagram is aware of the problem and is working to fix this as soon as possible.
