Seniors Make Future Plans

Emotions are flying already about graduation day, and the class of 2016  is making plans for the lives ahead of them.

Senior Gillian Sipe  was home schooled for six years before coming to Susky for freshman year, so SHS is is like home to her.

“I am excited to see what the future holds,” said Sipe.

Sipe plans on going to HACC (Harrisburg Area Community College) after she gets her diploma and would like to become a Creative Art Therapist.

She would like to take her talents she had discovered here and use them somewhere else.

“I think I’ll probably cry a lot, but over all I’m excited to move forward and start a new chapter in my life,” says Sipe.

Senior Regan Lawlor has gone to Southern York County School District from Kindergarten to her Senior year.

“I’m ready to move on to something new… it’s kind of scary that it is all ending… I’m excited to graduate,” said Lawlor.

She knows she wants to go to college, but is unsure where and has not decided which degree she will be going for. Lawlor feels like she has received the best possible education from a public school and says “it was a good experience overall.”

Senior Elizabeth Vesper has been going to Susky since the first grade.

She is looking into degrees that vary from nursing to business, and she does not know where she wants to end up after college but plans on occasionally visiting the district.

“I will probably be really happy, but I will miss all my friends since we are all going different places,” said Vesper.

Senior have agreed that they can all take something away from their experience at our school.
