After officer elections two weeks ago, it was time for the student body to pick their student council representatives for the upcoming school year.

The current freshmen (the sophomores of next year) chose five members of the class: Michael Torbert, Emma Stiffler, Justin Rosenberger, Kaleb Fair and Nate Hunsinger. Due to a tie, the sophomores (future juniors) will have six representatives: Adam Hedgeland, Colton Mumley, Logan Garvey, Kelsey McCullough, Casey Kummer and Philip Karpouzie. Finally, the juniors (will-be seniors) elected five representatives: Rachel Banchiere, Stephen Rouse, Emily Landis, Quinlan Kauffman and Daniel Stiffler.

With new president junior (almost senior) Jake Smith and other incoming officers, student council is bound to see changes from this year to next. That said, the elected representatives look forward to helping Susquehannock generate school spirit and have a fantastic school year. While the underclassmen think about their goals for next year, outgoing student council seniors reflect and give advice to next year’s students.
