From the bizarre to the ridiculous, conspiracy theories have caught the interest of many people for decades. Some deserve a closer look than others-even if just for pure entertainment.
The granddaddy of weird conspiracies is a theory that defies science, logic, physics and literally every satellite image ever taken.

Yes, there are people who think the Earth is flat, unlike like junior Gabe Wede.
“It’s round, man,” Wede said.
Others, like photography teacher Wade Bowers, question the theorist line of thinking.
“It’s mind-blowing to think that everything we deal with, whether it’s gravity, the rotation of the Earth, and how we see the planets literally go in a spiral, it’s hard to believe it’s just a flat thing,” Bowers said. “I can see the Earth’s curvature.”
THE WORLD IS NOT REAL
is what the Matrix theory suggests. However, there are skeptics in the theory that the entire universe is just a computer program. Bowers, a teacher with a strong belief in personal purpose and free will, finds the matrix theory hard to accept.

“I’ve never thought my life isn’t real,” Bowers said. For him, the theory conflicts with his view that life has meaning and people can shape their own path.
“I believe that there is a purpose in my life,” Bowers said. “But even within that, I can make simple basic choices.” The idea that we are just following a program to act a certain way does not resonate with him. “I just can’t come to grips with that ideology or mindset,” Bowers said.
Move over, lizard people!
The real puppet masters of society might just be bald blue performance artists, also known as the blue man group. “Absolutely they run the Illuminati,” Wede said. “Have you seen them? Their faces are literally blue. Who better to run the Illuminati than blue people?”

Their performances are strange and, let’s be honest, no one actually knows what they do when they’re not drumming on PVC pipes.
“They want you to be distracted,” Wede said. “They want you to be entertained and to stop focusing on reality.”
Even Bowers is conflicted about the artists.
“I just think they are strange individuals dancing in blue suits,” Bowers said.
Conspiracy theories have been around for centuries, and there is no sign of them stopping. If there is any form of government or celebrity news, there will always be theorist crafting theories, regardless if they are true or not. Whether one believes that they are true or false, they are still fairly interesting.
