Cheer Team Heads to Disney

The cheerleaders were the ones cheered on by their appreciative student athletes on Feb. 11, 2022.
On Thursday morning, the football and basketball teams hosted a send off breakfast for the cheerleaders’ last day at school before their nationals competition in Disney the following weekend.
The team’s first competition was on Saturday, Feb. 12 at 6:30 p.m.
“We compete once on Saturday and possibly twice on Sunday if we advance,” senior captain Andrea Hammond said.
