Halloween is today, so here are some fast, easy, and inexpensive Halloween costume ideas using things you already have in your home.

Mime

All you need for a mime costume is a black and white striped shirt, some black pants, and some type of black hat. To add that extra touch, just use some black eye makeup to create some fake tear drops and you’re all set!

Cat

Although very common, dressing as a cat has to be the easiest costume there is. All you need is all black clothing and a pair of ears and you’re good to go! You can even use some black eyeliner to draw on some whiskers.

Emoji

An emoji has to be one of the simplest, yet most enjoyable costume to recreate. For the clothing portion you just need to wear all black, then play around with various face paints to recreate your favorite emoji! Replicating some of the new snapchat filters would also be very creative and entertaining.

Rosie the Riveter

Rosie the riveter is very recognizable, not commonly chosen for Halloween! To recreate this look you need a button down denim blue shirt rolled up to the elbows and a red bandana. More importantly, it makes taking pictures super easy since you already have a designated pose.

Wednesday Addams

The Addams Family is one of the most iconic Halloween movies there is, so why not recreate one of the main characters? For this look you need a black dress, tights, and shoes. Then just put your hair in two braids and finish it off with some white face makeup! Work on your apathetic facial, and you’re all set!
