Top 5 Favorite Shows to Binge Watch
January 6, 2023
It’s finally the time of year when it’s bitterly cold, like it’s supposed to be, and it’s the perfect chance to cuddle up and watch enticing shows. Check out my top five binge worthy shows below.
1. “One Piece”
One piece is an animated show from Japan. The show is based on a Manga that was first released on July 22, 1997. The creator, Eiichiro Oda, started the show, “One Piece”, on October 20, 1999. The show currently has 1045 episodes, with it still being ongoing. Each episode is around 25 minutes long. One piece is about a boy named Luffy, going out to find a crew, and becoming the king of pirates. At first the show seems to be about going on one huge adventure so that Luffy can reach his goal, but throughout the show you start to realize that there are many real world problems such as slavery, racism, poverty, abuse of power, Genocide, descrimination, etc. This show opened my eyes, showing me not just a wonderful adventure and great friendships, but many real world issues that our world still faces today. “One Piece” would be considered a great show to binge due to how long it is.
