January 24, 2021
The matchups in this weekend’s NFL championship games are the Buffalo Bills vs. the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC and the Green Bay Packers vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the NFC.

With Kansas City’s quarterback Patrick Mahomes II suffering a concussion last weekend, he may not play at all in the upcoming game.
Even if Mahomes manages to play, he won’t be at his best because the concussion is so recent, already creating a challenge for the Chiefs.
Clyde Edwards-Helaire, the running back for the Chiefs, has been inactive since week 15 due to an ankle/hip injury.
Mahomes and Edwards-Helaire are two very important players for the Chiefs, but Buffalo fans shouldn’t get their hopes up quite yet as the Bills have also endured injuries..
Buffalo wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley have been playing with injuries over the past few weeks, but are planning to play in upcoming matches as well, despite not being at their best.
Both defenses are built for each other’s offense because they practice with QBs that throw the ball.
Safety Micah Hyde and cornerback Tre’Davious White had a combined total of four interceptions during the 2020 season for the Bills.
Tyrann Mathieu, safety for the Chiefs, has six interceptions this season, meaning that the deep ball that the Bills throw often could have to be put on hold until they tire out the opposing defense.
While many people think the Chiefs are going to win, if the Bills play at their best, they will stand a very good chance against Kansas City.
However, because of the injuries that the Bills have on their side, injured players may not be able to play at the level that will be needed to beat Kansas City, meaning that this game may fully depend on those players.

Two of the best QBs to ever play the position are Tom Brady from Tampa- with six Super Bowl rings- and Aaron Rodgers from Green Bay with one.
However, Rodgers has a team that he has played with for years and is extremely comfortable with, giving him an easy advantage.
On the other hand, Tom Brady has always done well in the playoffs, and this game is going to be a shootout off the decade.
Both defenses will need to step up to get turnovers.
Currently, the Buccaneers’ rank defensively is number 10 while the Packers defense is ranked in the 22 spot.
With the Packers offense being second in the NFL and Buccaneers fifth, the defenses are going to be a key factor in this game.
If the Packers can stop Tom Brady twice, they will be very much in the game with good chances of a win.
With the Packers’ RB Jamaal Williams injured with an ankle injury along with the other RB AJ Dillion having a quadricep injury, the Packers will also be challenged when it comes to playing at 100 percent.
Green Bay’s running game most likely won’t be the best, but they still have QB Aaron Rodgers with plenty of players to catch the ball and score.
Buccaneers have two injured Wide Receivers, Antonio Brown and Mike Evans both with a knee injury. Evans has been playing through it, but Brown said it will be a game-time decision.
The Buccaneers could win this game because they have a superior defense, so if anyone is going to stop Green Bay, it’s going to be Tampa.
