I would like to fill out an application for the gifts for my kids this year I’m a stay at home mom as of right now my 1 yr old has a lot of attention and sensory issues and has specialist that come to the house a few times a week which has kept me not being g able to go back to work yet I have limited time or transportation during the day would it be ok if my mother picked up the forms and application for me so I have some time and can think about what to add to it? I will drop it off then with any info you’ll need thanks again… 717 5786725
