- Students requiring medication at school:
If your student has a diagnosed severe food allergy or asthma, medication order forms and action plans have been mailed. In order to comply with District medication policies, the forms need to be completed by your student’s physician and returned by the first day of school.
Also, if your student needs to take a daily medication at school, the Medication Permission form is available on the district website or you can contact Mrs. Kirby at [email protected] or 717-235-4811 x3515 for the appropriate forms.
All students that need to have a mediation available during the school day must have new orders for each school year from their doctor. Students are not allowed to carry medication to school.
