Example of the start of the game after a tribe is chosen.

Battle of Polytopia is a new and upcoming game on the app store.

Players have the chance to choose one of four tribes and slowly start to claim the land as your own.

Small villages that are found are a target to become major cities for the player’s tribe.

Stars are the main currency in the game and are used to train troops and discover new skills that can upgrade the cities.

The cities slowly become bigger as more resources are collected.

Ports and roads can also be built to increase population and lead to special rewards, such as stars or even more land.

By increasing the population, the player’s cities will also grow.

However, the player has to protect these cities from oncoming attacks from other tribes.

These tribes are advancing in similar ways and will try to conquer several cities while gaining land as well.

The player also has to take on these tribes to capture their city in order to expand their territory as well.

Once there is only one tribe remaining, the game is finished, and a rating is given to the player, depending on several different factors.

Another version is multiplayer and is called Pass and Play.

Up to four people can play at a time, and a phone is passed around as the players try to take over one another’s land.

The overall goal of the game is to try to be the last tribe standing with as few turns as possible.

The more turns a player takes the smaller amounts of points awarded, but the less turns the player takes the more points they can receive.

The end game score takes in account of the following: a number of turns a player takes, how many troops the player lost, how many other tribes were destroyed, and the difficulty of the game that was played.

These help to determine how many stars are received at the end of the game.

An example of how scoring is done in the game.

Three stars is the most that a player can earn at a time at the end of the game.

After a game, the player can then start a new game with a different tribe and continue to get the most stars as possible with the other tribes.
