GameTime PA Names Susquehannock Athletes All-Stars for 2016 Fall Sports Season

GameTime+PA+Names+Susquehannock+Athletes+All-Stars+for+2016+Fall+Sports+Season

GameTime PA has named the York-Adams Interscholastic Athletic Association (YAIAA) All-Stars for the fall 2016 sports season.  There were 12 Susquehannock athletes and one coach who received honors.

The following Susquehannock athletes were named YAIAA First Team All-Stars:  boys soccer – Aaron Bilbie, senior, and Jason Weger, junior; field hockey – Brooke Morris, senior; girls soccer – Taylor Tannura, senior; golf – Kendel Abrams, junior.

Senior Jack Allred was named YAIAA Second Team All-Star for football.  The following athletes earned YAIAA GameTime PA Honorable Mention:  football – Adam Hedgeland, senior, and Ben Trego, junior; field hockey – Emily Schertle, senior; boys soccer – Seth Bilbie, senior; girls volleyball – Tyler Williams, senior, and Gabee Ogude, senior.

Varsity field hockey coach Tracey Kerr was named YAIAA Field Hockey Coach of the Year for 2016.  In her first season as the Warriors head coach, Kerr led Susquehannock to its first YAIAA title championship game.  The team was the Division II champion of the YAIAA field hockey league and qualified for District III playoffs.
