There are many things to look forward to in the winter months, but one thing that everyone tries to avoid are those extra pounds.
With all the holidays and festivities, the main focus is usually around food, impacting  one’s figure. By the time it starts to get warm outside and the shorts and bathing suits come out, most are still stuck with the unhealthy body they acquired during the cold months.
The key is to attack the weight gain before it even happens.
Exercising when it’s cold out is admittedly more difficult than when it’s nice out, but there are many different ways to exercise even when it’s below twenty degrees.
To get ready and get focused to work hard for the body one wants, it’s crucial to stick to the routine that works best for that person individually.

Whether its running on a treadmill at the gym, doing a program like Insanity or P90X, or even just trying out small simple workouts on sites like Pinterest or elsewhere on the internet, there is an exercise out there for everyone.
Sticking to a routine is probably the most difficult part in getting back into shape. Try putting reminders on electronic devices, and plan other activities around the workout, making sure to always complete small weekly goals.
If one is trying to lose ten pounds or just trying to achieve a nice toned “beach bod,” following a fun, personalized workout will ensure the best results for a carefree summer.
