Susquehannock High School Band Plans Winter Concert

Susquehannock High School will present its winter band concert on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., in the Dr. Richard D. Hupper Auditorium. The community is invited and encouraged to attend this free event.
The concert is titled “Forces Within.” The Susquehannock symphonic and jazz bands will perform compositions which will “evoke a sense of force within each person,” said Susquehannock band director Christian Poole.
Principal player and band secretary Emma Steinauer, who is a junior at Susquehannock, says the band students have been working hard preparing for the upcoming concert. “It is a great event for the community to attend because there are so many talented musicians in our band. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful program with dedicated instructors who put in the extra time and effort to make sure everyone is doing well,” said Steinauer.
