Starting as a teacher and coach to becoming the new Athletic Director, Brad Keeney accepted the athletic director position at Susquehannock high school this past summer.

Alumni Keeney came back to Susquehannock to teach in the high school and coach wrestling and the throwers in track and field.

Last year he was also the assistant athletic director.

Keeney interviewed for the job after longtime athletic director Chuck Abbott retired after last school year.

After the interviews, the school board approved him as the new athletic director, however, with his new position, it means that he can no longer coach or teach.

Keeney says the start of the school year and fall sport season is going smoothly.
